I really enjoyed stealth-based games for a long time but after a while I got sick of the trial and error. I thought to myself "Man, I'm super good at this, this game's just being cheap. Just let me know what I'm doing wrong so I can prove that I'm actually doing nothing wrong".
Enter endless GOTY nominee Mark of the Ninja, the game so binary that if you actually did do something wrong... well, I assume you didn't cause it was Kirby's Epic Yarn/10 on the difficulty scale.
As someone with over 1000 hours played in TF2 and about 20 hours so far in the Overwatch beta, I can say that I have finally found an FPS again that I can obsess over like TF2.
Fantastic game.
Loves TF2. Check. Has played Overwatch. Check. Loves Overwatch. Check.
My interest is officially piqued :)
If someone can verify that there is a medic-style "I can sway the tide of battle despite my mediocre FPS twitch skills" class, I could be looking at a new 100+ hour affair.
@kishinfoulux: I'm gonna side with Dan, I'm sick of the Witcher circlejerk. I'm sure it's good but I'm sick of hearing its better than ___ game. Bethesda games have a certain. Style and design that you literally can't get anywhere else. That being said that isn't an excuse for terrible bugs but the game and fun factor usually outweighs that.
It's a catch 22.
Fun factor is not an excuse but at the end of the day, it totally is.
