I already preordered because whatever, I've loved the Fallout series since I started playing it in college. I went to a midnight launch of Fallout 3, and I've never done a midnight launch before or since. In my world, it's second only to Quest for Glory.

That said, I'm very befuddled by the lack of hype or marketing or whatever. This ought to be a huge game, and I should be seeing trailers, and game info, and livestreams and all kinds of nonsense in the days before the release. They had all those things for Skyrim, and Skyrim turned out pretty great, but Fallout 4 feels like an afterthought.
