That kind of falls a bit flat as an argument if you take basically any streamer/youtuber out there into account that produce significantly more and/or (subjectively) better content alone than GB as a group of 6 people.
50$/60$ is a lot of money, especially if you (again, subjectively) may not get much in return, especially in a pandemic where money might be an even bigger issue for people.
