Pineapple is bad on or in everything, don't like the taste or texture of it!
But on pizza it's especially bad cause that juice leeches into the pizza and poisons it forever. At least with drier toppings like olives or mushrooms I can pick them out and be fine. Pineapple leaves its awfulness behind forever.
I'm super super super not picky when it comes to pizza, I think almost all pizza is great, pizza is one of mankind's best accomplishments. Why ruin it with nasty fruit like pineapple. :(
The ear talk at the start really resonated with me. There was a period in 2020, I think, where I was basically deaf in one ear for about a week because there was so much gunk in there. And thanks to not having insurance (go America!) I couldn't see a doctor.
Eventually it got cleaned out through lots and lots and lots of useage of ear drops and those shitty baby suction things Jeff said to throw out.
I can totally understand why someone would dislike Steven Universe cause there are some super nasty parts of the fanbase.
That said, it's a great show! Definitely gets way more serious and sad as it goes on though, big contrast to the first season which was jokes and goofs 24/7, so I can understand why a person would fall off if they're not interested in the story being told.
I know Bakalar plays up his hatred of cats but man, it's really, really tiring and annoying as hell to hear him say shit like "Cats are disposable" and stuff.
Edit: Also super agree with Jess, the double standard on pet harm (cats vs. dogs) or even opinions is really lame. Maybe it's all personal and not broad-ranging but I've encountered so many more people who are like "You don't like dogs what is WRONG with you are you even a person!?" compared to "haha yeah fuck cats those things are evil (and whatever other of the same joke Bakalar and others use)"
