I've been seeing a lot of fitness threads lately and thought I would hold a fun little contest. Whoever can do the most pushups in 3 minutes by the end of the week wins a 1600 MS Point card.
Rules
Begin in the up position.
Start the timer before the first rep.
For a rep to count, you must go all the way down (chest 2 inches off the floor) and lock out the elbows at the top.
You can rest however/whenever you want, but clock must keep running.
Poor reps in terms of body position or putting down a knee before a rep is completed do not count toward the total.
Stop counting when 3 minutes have elapsed and record your score.
Somehow identify that it is indeed you in the video
So when I was little I remember playing games like Jazz Jackrabbit on DOS. I'm trying to remember what the games were stored on. It wasn't CDs or floppy disks, they came in a squarish, bulky package, they had white sides and blue and greenish covers. Anyone have any idea what these are called? It's driving me crazy.
@BigChickenDinner: Hey dipshit, did you know typing on a keyboard can cause carpal tunnel syndrome? Maybe you should stop posting in this blog and let an adult make his own decisions and do what he loves...unless, you know, you want "some skewed sense of pride to show for these [e-]fights."
And if you think cauliflower ear is a serious issue then you have no idea what you are talking about.
I'm going to start a new religion...and it features a 30 minute coffee break for every hour I work. This way I can reconnect my body with the proper amount of caffeine to feed my soul! Oh, and taxes are forbidden also!
