people complaining about the price are either children with no jobs or adults with no jobs :)
I think that price is amazing. The original PSP was pretty expensive at its time and this is a steal. The games look awesome so far and the hardware looks solid too. Day 1 buy for me :)
Also get over the name jeez. Its not like XBOX, dreamcast, gameboy are so great either. Its a name, it doesn't effect its performance and quality
Yeah I was so bummed out. I'm not a rabid gamer that plays everyday for about 5 hours a day so I'm not going through withdrawals or anything, more bummed out that it was a 80GB backwards compatible with 4 usb ports and the memory card readers. (Yes I actually would use all those extra features) I also dislike the look of the Slim. Waiting for E3! Praying for a price drop!!!
@bukkookkub: thanks i had tried that previously and it stayed on for about 5 minutes. I did not put it in the box like you mentioned so I will give that a shot later today and hope for the best. If the PS3 is dead thats fine, but man some of those game saves I would really like i.e (Mass Effect 2, Infamous 1, Persona 4: 95 hours in, and so much more)

@PufferFiz: Yeah I am going to take it to my friend that has done it for his PS3. Here is to hoping. Don't really want to spend 300 on a new one and I will miss my old fatty.
