If this is going to happen for all their sports titles, then it would be better to just buy it new then get a used version.

@PocketfullaButtholes: For #3, do a google search on "xbla game room list" and look for the Atari game section, that should help you with that. As far as #4 goes, it would be wise to search by SEA and in the AIR for this game.
@SmAsH: Major RPG's love to use 4 major elements in there games... this one does the same but made them into 4 different games involving a sword.
