@MasturbatingestBear: i think any body who wants one should be able to get a gun the trick is just make ammo like $1000 per bullet and that way you no they probably deserved it

hellsing ova edition rurouni kenshin up to the sheshero arc or just read the manga bakuman (same people who wrote death note) outlaw star code geass devil may cry full metal alchemist (its some were in between what your lookin for but i would still check it out) serial experaments lain (a total mind fuck anime watch it first then read a plot summary) neon genisis evangelion (this show is messed up and makes no sence i personaly hate ) genshiken (its ok for a rainy day bakano dead mans wonder land (never seen the anime but the manga rocks) and ill leave it there because this list is 3 times longer than i meant to make it
@Ragdrazi: no i understand that and there were several riots through out that decade for diffrent things but what i meant is that sertain indeviduals would allow them selfs to deform back to a state of chaos over some thing they probibly dont even understand properly but as for most of the riots in the uk in the 80s most of them were about 1 of 2 things either the recession or that minorities felt opressed
