With all Kairosoft games, it would be great if this was an option.   
 
Player A: starts making Card + Strategy. 
If you know it takes 8 turns you could make one and release it after 7 turns to mess their sales up. 
  

The same goes for Hot Springs and Grand Prix, this would be a great option.
 
 
I'm aware this game is over 10 years old, but hopefully for Game Dev 2... which is in development has this.

I remember this vaguely from the late 80's/early 90's. 
 
It was either for the Mega Drive or the Atari 130XE. You were in a purple car and I think you were a bank robber. 
The camera angle wasn't top down, or straight on. It was like a Sim City 4 style camera angle. 
 
 
Did this game exist, or am I insane?
