Facebook almost exclusively. It's a good way to stay connected to friends because I can't call outside of the town my college is in (cheap college). If Last.fm counts as social networking, then I use it frequently too.
I'm starting my third year of college and was wondering what were some things that you saw, heard or experienced in college that at first may have shocked you but now really doesn't surprise you at all?
Just this weekend I found a possibly used condom in the stairwell of my dorm. At first I was a just a little bit surprised, but really I'm pretty much used to that at this point.
Excluding learning games on school computers, my first "true" gaming experience was Christmas of '93 or '94 (leaning towards '94) when I got a SNES for Christmas with Donkey Kong Country.
Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne (where the SMT comes from) had Dante in the game as a boss and then as an optional boss/recruitable character. That was probably my very first real experience with Dante and I liked him I also found out the SMT games turned out to be my absolute favorite turn-based RPG series. So there you go. The 89 is the later half of my birth year.
EDIT: This (or a slight variant of it) is usually my name on other websites as well, so yeah.
"I really like both. I chose dogs though because I don't have any cats. I love those furballs though. My dog is my little buddy and cheers me up even when I'm having an absolutely brutal day. "
This, and for some reason my uncle cannot stand cats and I have no doubt in my mind that he would harm one if he found one in the house.
Marathon 2: Durandal on XBLA. I got a headache after playing for more than about half an hour or so. I heard they patched the game to fix it, but I'm not really willing to try again.
Guitar Hero: World Tour For some reason I could not bring myself to like it, but I enjoyed the first three. I forced myself to beat all four instrument careers and then promptly traded it in.
I know there's more than that, but that's really the only thing that's coming to mind at the moment.
