Been going through some of these videos, but finally lost it on this one. So many incredible moments and sadly that ride has come to the end. Between this one and the Buckner & Garcia GB song, definitely the high points. Currently re-listening to the Bombcasts (Up to 7/2009) and it's all going to have a melancholy feel to it all for a good while.

Now if you'll pardon me, I need to find some tissues and put off looking through the rest of the treasured find in this thread till after work.

When I listen to Giant Bomb, I hear Ryan Davis. He is the heart and voice of Giant Bomb to me. Every Bombcast, every TNT, every UPF, and whatever else he got into. Only known of him and the Giant Bomb crew for the last few years, but the future of Giant Bomb has taken a mighty blow today and will feel it for a long while to come. Words fail me.

Mr. Davis, wherever you are, thank you for all the memories. Best wishes to his friends and family, those who knew him best and will miss him the most.

US West night shift worker, so you'll find me on in the late hours during weekends and mid-mornings during the day.

Samey in what way? I got in somewhere in Update 5, during the closed beta. I'm playing it way more now then before but it's still the same 'run through corridors, fragging and slicing through enemies' game it was back then. Now there's more movement mechanics for walls, more environments, Warframes, weapons, customization of weapons/warframes and a couple new enemy types for the different factions. Update 8 just added a prestige-like system to the Warframes and weapons, vastly increasing how much more grinding you can do.

I would say it's still very much the same game, just the feature set and options have expanded. Guess it would also depend on how much you can stand the grind. Hard to disguise the game as a giant run & gun grind machine.

There are probably going to be bunch of gameplay videos coming out very quickly, I would guess. Here are two I could actually find at the time that I searched Youtube.

How about "Powering the Transistor"? Charging maybe? Had that rattling around my brain while watching the reveal trailer. As it is Supergiant Games' 2nd game, and with obvious comparisons to Bastion going to be made, it would be very interesting to hear about the changes in their processes they have to/will make versus when they made Bastion.

Woah, this is mind blowing. I rather like how Warframe plays, even if I don't put enough time into it.
