I really enjoyed the 3-4 hours I spent with it last night.

My home planet is snowy and cold, but has a lot of variety. Flying around to find points of interest and getting upgrades from the inhabitants. I eventually flew to the space station, made some trades, and went back to discover all the species.

Finally accomplished that, got enough to buy a new ship, flew to the station again to do so. Now I'm on my second planet, and it's a desert full of cacti and flying snake dragons.

It is, first and foremost, an exploration game. And if you know that going in, and you're interested in seeing new vistas and finding new things, you'll have fun with it.

Winning the auction had nothing to do with the elusive target objectives.

Dan did grab the safe key, and was standing right in front of the safe at one point but didn't turn the camera enough.

As for the ending, I handed over the eyes, summoned the fire keeper and then during the cutscene where she has the flame in her hand, the camera panned behind me and I was like huh am I in control, and hit R1. What happened next was pretty brutal. Fairly happy with it. The game then asks if you want to continue to Journey 2 and I said no, it dumps me back at firelink with the firekeeper there still talking about being summoned. Ruins the impact somewhat. Can I go back to the Kiln and do the ending again? Also there was no trophy for doing any of it which I found odd.\

From a Trophy Guide walkthrough: "There is a trick you can do during the last 8 seconds of the cutscene where you can attack the Firekeeper. Do not do this, as it'll give you a different ending and the trophy will not unlock."

There are three ending trophies, you were on the path to one of them.

Based on the name and thumbnail that was there, looked like it'd be Brad continuing with Dark Souls after he got stuck in the Painted World.

There's definitely missable trophies, and trophies you can lock yourself out of in a single playthrough, but as said above you will at least need to beat the game 3 times to get all the endings/items so you can always look up a FAQ on NG+ to focus on it.

yeah i had a tough time coming from bloodborne , the regain/rally and the 20 bloodvial limit feels very generous now , i feel a bit short on estus even near endgame with 10 estus and 2 ash :/ this is dark souls

By the end of the game you can have 15 flasks at +10 potency. Find those shards! :)

I love GTAIII and will (and just did) happily pay $15 to play it again and get some trophies along the way.

How did Brad review MGSV and not get missions 41-50? Pretty major story beats in those last few missions. How would they even do a spoilercast at this rate? Maybe this isn't his real save file for the sake of spoilers?

When he launched it, he commented that his current save didn't transfer over and that "all of this will be for nothing."

@themasterds: The prologue is a lot of wtf cutscenes. It'll be fine.
