Just have to stay mobile like the others have said. I went through it with Jack and Miranda, you have to try to keep them alive as hard as that is. Plus with the tusks use one of ur squads abilities to take down the armor, then shoot them in the hips/legs makes pretty easy work of them along with the occasional knock back.

Just do the same thing when ur a soldier.. place your team far enough away. Kite him around that wall use the collector beam to take down his barrier, when its down keep kiting hit adrenaline rush get in a few shots with another gun while hes still halfway around the wall and unable to shoot. It's mostly up to ur teammates to take down the armor for the most part. Slow process but my team did a pretty good job of taking him armor down while i ran him around.
