Yep. Patrick really messed this up. He is presuming that mass effect fans who are upset must not "get" it or are too simpleminded to appreciate a sad ending. The reality is that Patrick is the one who doesn't get it.

This is so wrong. She probably didn't tell him off initially because she just wants to play fighting games and doesn't want to start trouble. It almost certainly bothered her but she was trying to ignore until it simply became impossible to ignore. By your logic it should be okay to make fun of anyone who doesn't fight back. That is just being a bully.
@steveurkel: i would recommend deciding on a build and then selling the items you don't plan on using. Also, it seems like vendors keep what you sell them for a really long time so you can rebuy things if you feel like you made a mistake.
Their ignorance and hate is why I love the bombcast. I know it sucks when they talk shit on things you like, me being from Canada I feel some flak every now and again, but personally since I have zero interest in JRPG's I love when they shit on Final Fantasy.
I'm mildly reminded of that holocaust quote that goes something along the lines of "first they came for the ____, and I did not protest. Then they came for the ____, and I did not protest, [...] and when they came for me, there was no one left to protest for me."

Wow. Sorry but when you compare someone you disagree with to Hitler or the Holocaust, you automatically lose the argument. If you make this comparison then you are clearly no a reasonable person.
You just have to put up with it or resolve never to buy a multiplayer game on day 1 again. This is just par for the course when it comes to multiplayer based blockbuster titles.
