Hey guys, I'm hoping we can build a Community Game Night program here at GB, that eventually is organized by the staff.  In the mean time I figured we as a community should show interest by organizing it ourselves.  So I plan to organize the first, which will occur this Wednesday night and the game would be Halo 3.  If you're interested please post, and if I get enough takers, I'll create another topic with the official details for sign up.  Until then this topic is purely for those with interest or comments/recommendations.  Keep in mind if enough people are interested others will need to host rooms as well.

I'm not sure.  This game looks rad, but it seems to be just another action game.  I'm waiting to see just how much those force powers differentiate it from the pack.

Gears 1 totally had some horror aspects to it, yet it really wasn't that scary.  From the new previews it looks like they've dropped that aspect, and personally I'm glad.

I'm curious how much these avatar will be used.  I've read that they are optional, so I'm betting a portion of the community will neglect them.  My question is: how big a portion?

Anyone have any idea how we could bring this request to the GB crew?

I totally agree, this game looks ridiculously sick.  I personally am pumped for bots b/c one of my biggest problems in Gears 1 was finding a solid multiplayer game with people at my level.  Here's to hoping the bots are scalable.

Whatever's hot at the time, or bring back great games from the past.  It should be whatever the community wants.  What would be really cool would be if they posted a poll, with 5 or so games, and let us choose which we would play.

I think it would be pretty awesome if the GB crew began organizing community game nights every other week or so.  Anyone else interested?  My apologies if this has already been a topic of discussion.
