I played KOTOR II first of the two. I didn't know going into KOTOR what the twist would be, but when I thought back to that first conversation with Atton, the fact that I had no memory, and a few other fore-shadowing things, I figured it out right before it actually came. Didn't make it any less amazing, and afterwards being a total dick about it, reminding everyone that I was a Revan (Dark-Side)

I have played through the game about 4 or 5 times now, and I always look forward to the confrontation on the Leviathan. Also, once you play through the game again after finding you, you really notice all of the foreshadowing they did. It was one of the most cleverly obvious plot twists ever.

I own both of them for the Xbox. Honestly it is probably going to be difficult to find an Xbox copy, and the PC one runs and looks better anyways. However, if you are thinking about playing them, do it. Kotor 1 is my favorite game rivaled only by the original Metal Gear Solid. I couldn't reccomend it enough.

Twitchers at first for sure. However, the first time you see one of those tall slinky bastards is fuckin' intense.

Well, I have put about 6-7 hours into it so far, and I am on on around the 7th mission or so. I am taking it slow at the moment, but I find it to be a blast. It is really quite immersive, and the combat is just plain fun and extremely chaotic at times. I knew I would love it when I saw the first few gameplay trailers and read about in GameInformer two years ago. However, I have noticed some bad reactions. Try it first if you are on the edge, because you can probably beat the story in about 10 hours making a rental feasible. However, if you really find yourself enjoying it, I can easily see 20-30 hours of gameplay which is a worthy $60 purchase in my book seeing as most single player games nowadays offer less than that.

There are a few graphics problems, but the creators obviously opted for a smooth flow with hundreds of civilians, mutants, tanks, soldiers, explosions, and fountains of blood going on simultameously (No exadgeration, it gets really chaotic and there is never a hiccup) over a pretty Manhattan skyline.

The story is pretty interesting so far and the web of intrigue is ingenious.

So far I would say 8.5/10.

Downed enemies sparkle when they have items you can pick up. Stationary NPCs dispense quests. Veterans of most any recent game in this genre will know what kind of gameplay to expect here."

Pretty pissed about this. I was really hoping for some really new innovation with battling and how player interact. I hate WoW and what it has done to the WarCraft universe and characters. I am excited for this, but if it is just a WoW clone with voice actors and morality, I will be unbelievably pissed.

Being a traditional MMO is being a "WoW clone" now?  Huh?  Was Everquest a Wow clone too? "
Sorry, my wording may have given the wrong message. I would rather this MMO not be like Everquest and Guildwars and every other MMO under the sun. I want it to be its own beast, something new and refreshing not grind grind level up grind grind grind join guild grind instance grind grind grind...

You get the picture. I am just the most worried about it copying WoW.
