They did, but I cancelled it once I discovered that they charged my card. Luckily they gave me a full refund, since I never ordered anything outside of the free trial. It's kinda sketchy how they automatically transfer you to a Full year subscription once the trial is over, without any kind of warning. But I guess that it was my fault for not really reading through the Terms and Conditions (Who actually does though?) they probably mentioned it there.

But since I pre-ordered GoW3 whilst I was in the 'Free Trial' it is still listed as 'Prime' under the Delivery options. I can't change the option to anything. I'm also using the UK version of Amazon, so I think Prime works differently. I know there isn't such a thing as the 'Release Day Delivery' for the UK Amazon, but the estimated date is the 20th so I'm not to fussed about that.

The thing I'm worried about is them rejecting my order during processing, once they discover that I'm not a Prime user. I'm tempted just to cancel and then re-order the game and just pay for the shipping. I don't fancy going through all the hassle if my theory proves correct, and I don't really mind paying for shipping.

I rarely use Amazon at all, I'm only using them this time because of the Pre-Order Bonus.

Sorry for this random question, but I figure that I'd get an appropriate answer here.

Earlier in the year I used a Free Trial of 'Amazon Prime', during which I pre-ordered GoW3. My trial ended long ago, but on the Delivery Options the order is listed as 'Prime'. Meaning my shipping should be free and covered through Prime, even though I'm not a member anymore.

So is this correct? I am still eligible for this Prime delivery, or is the order gonna crap out when it comes time to ship?

I'm sure they'll try and have it sorted so people can preorder Gears before it's out. As a plus, if you're going to Game Fest this weekend, you can preorder Games directly from them there... so I'd imagine they'd sort out their website by then!

All the same, I pre-ordered GoW3 from Amazon.co.uk for the skin. Delivery is First Class, so I hope I get it by release.

I don't think anyone at FOX could fathom the possibility of an adult playing a game.

I tend to do better when I listen to Podcasts. Music, not so much because I like to think about other stuff when I listen to music. Podcasts I can just listen to passively.

But I'd be most compatible with a member who plays a multiplayer game regularly, along with some Single player campaigns. So I guess Drew or Brad, but probably Drew.

I'll leave it up to Infinity Ward to design they're own game.

Not sure if they'll do a 'Prestige' this year, if so you'd think it would of gotten announced with the 'Hardened Edition'.

Don't understand why they've not announced one yet, making me believe that their isn't a 'Prestige Edition'.

I mean what could they add? A remote-control Captain Price!?
