Amazon.ca has the TE Round 2 stick still in stock last I checked.  Plus they have a couple HORI ones as well.

They really got to tone down how much damage he can absorb.  He's a little unbalanced.

I am a Fuerte too! Not a good one, but I enjoy using him the most.  I just get bored of facing Ryu, Ken, Sagat, and Akuma constantly. 

Anybody in for some matches tonight? or anytime for that matter.  I usually use El Fuerte or Fei Long.  I have this itch to learn some E. Honda sumo action lately.  I'm on PS3 and my gamer tag is the same as my profile name; thunderkat1. 
 
P.S. 
Are there any other Torontonians in the Giant Bomb community that are into SF4?  I've been looking for a SF4 arcade downtown.  The only place I know of is Pacific Mall which is a little far.
