E3 was well timed this year. With the diamond jubilee giving us "British" people 3 days off (3rd day is for Civil Servants), I can actually watch the Sony Conference live and not have to worry about being fucking knackered in work the next day.

Have fun Jeff, that's the most important thing my friend.

@mercutio123: Prometheus is set on LV 223 and Alien is set on LV 246. There is also 80 years between the 2. It is a different ship, a different jockey.

It's LV 426.

I’ve just recently finished my second play through as I’d originally picked Samantha (Traynor) as my love interest and Kelly had been killed by Cerberus. Liara was and should have been the one for me, so feeling guilty, I jumped back into the game again to get my true love and also save Kelly.

So with Kelly saved and my love for Liara still to be fully confirmed, I found some interesting dialogue options with Kelly. She spoke about having someone close what with the war and shit going on. This presented me with an option to say I loved her or turn her down.

I turned her down. Then went off to speak with Liara and the scene about confirming our relationship took place as many of you have already mentioned.

I reloaded my save and told Kelly I loved her, wondering if I’d still have the relationship confirming option with Liara. And surprisingly I did, there was no repercussions.

I reloaded my save again and instead spoke to Liara first, told her she was fucking awesome and wanted more and headed off to see Kelly. No options at all came up with Kelly.

And once again I think Mass Effect is fucking awesome in how it can change and adjust different outcomes.

The earliest freaked out by a game experience for me would be Zombi on the Amiga. Just that single screen and your flashlight, just waiting for a zombie to appear. Creepy as fuck.

The last game to leave me feeling uneasy was Siren Blood Curse.

There have been plenty of games that I've been spooked by, including Silent Hill, F.E.A.R 1 and 2, Resident Evil (and the remake, the atmosphere in that game is amazing), Dead Space and a few others.

Project Zero however scared me so much I sold the game after only playing it for a short while. Just didn't wanna play that fucking thing again.

HOLY CRAP !!! I THINK I'M IN LOVE !!!

Seriously, I'm wondering if it's a good use of make-up and contact lenses...(see Lady Ga Ga - Bad Romance).

Another redesign? You can't defeat Japanese ergonomics; the PS3 dash hasn't needed an overhaul and yet still remains the preferred choice for gamers.

Besides, I've already seen X-Men 1st Class so this is useless to me.

Ok I hope your whole post is a joke and not just the last sentence... Just over 100 people on some random forum make for a legitimate measurement? You should really look up what a good sample size is.

You should try reading the "small print" on certain TV adverts, they use sample groups as small as 20 people.

Are people really of the belief that the PS3 interface is good and easy to use? Not to be flametastic, but you are wrong. That interface is terrible. If ALL you want to do is play games and occasionally play a movie off disk, I could perhaps agree with that opinion. If you are doing anything else, forget it. And lets not forget, that the latter is what the VAST majority of people are doing. Hardly anyone uses these devices as single purpose gaming machines anymore. When I want to watch Netflix or rent a movie, trust me, the XBox is the first choice. Hands down.

In the XMB, nothing is in a place that makes sense, and many features launch you into "apps" that exit the primary UI. Look at how the store works, it launches into a new "app" with a totally different navigation method. Garbage. And then, don't even get me started on the "Settings" area. This was the design discussion: "Just pile all that shit in here in random order".

The 360 has its faults, to be sure. Its often slow and the organization of the content leaves a lot to be desired, but at least everything I touch acts the same and follows the same UI design. I see this iteration as them trying to solve the "organization" problem, which will be excellent.

Ha, ha. That was funny. If the Xbox dashboard was so fucking great, why does Microsoft have to keep updating it ? As for the XMB, if it ain't broke don't fix it.

None of this comes as a surprise. All Apple ever had was a good ad campaign. I remember people soiling themselves back in 2006, waiting for Apple to talk about a video IPod. If they looked on the market they'd see that it's been done, but no that doesn't matter because APPLE hasn't graced us with it yet. Horse shit. People are such drones when it comes to apple products. Frankly, I've never seen such a product go through so many iterations in such a short amount of time, each with such minuscule differences.

As for all this people exploitation: welcome to capitalism; it is about the quick and easy buck. You don't like it? Tough, cause there's no way around it. Why is the US of A involved in the Mideast to everyone's disdain? Oil, it makes the world go round. This is no different.

This isn't a place for your soapbox.

There's nothing wrong with making a well put together statement about the news article.
