I fucking love Fallout: New Vegas. I've had 12 glitch free hours of enjoyment so, but the faction system suuuuuuuuuucks.
I really hate the fact that I can't wear some armor, just because it's good armor. I wanted to wear some Caesar's legion armor, just because it's good armor.
Then I just happen to stumble into NCR controlled territory and off goes flies my head in like three seconds. Other than that annoyance I think the is really good.
I got Boone in my party and fuck he is awesome, he can kill 9 guys before I can even draw my gun.
 

it's fairly realistic, if nothing else; if you were NCR, and someone comes up to your base wearing caesar's legion armor, what would you do? go into VATS, that's what.
 
I mean I just went around in leather armor for 70% of the game (reinforced leather armor is fantastic and looks awesome)

I like it, but I went to a Ceasar's legion camp and had NCR armor on and got killed time after time before I remembered I had that armor on.

I don't think it really sucks because of something so minor.  
But I do wonder, what would the factions think about my next character for my second playthrough who runs around in her underwear?! 

I like it because it makes sense. Running around NCR town wearing legion armor would be weird, but that's because I pay attention to a lot of the text.

Damn, this game runs the gamut of feelings among gamers. It sounds like each code is different for each user.
