My "pro tip" (or at least what helped me beat this game without much trouble) is to use the charge shot, the short ranged spread shot, and the invincible dash. I used that loadout for almost the entire game and it's super powerful. Bosses will often only get 1 attack off in a phase because you just dish out so much damage. I actually skipped an entire phase in the final boss because I they were taking too much damage.
I feel like if I use the charge shot it's basically 'cheating' as they have come out and said it's overpowered and it will be nerfed in the next patch. Trying to avoid using it, but very tempting..
Just started the watching, but I had to chuckle at seeing the 4 hour video length. People always say that PC building should take like an hour, max. The two that I've built became 24 hour nightmares. I guess that that projected time comes from knowing precisely what you're doing. Having to chase down answers on the internet for weird roadblocks along the way, or because you're super paranoid, will slow you down an awful lot.
It's something that I would like to get better at and more familiar with.
Unless you've done it a lot, I reckon 3-4 hours is pretty normal if you're cautious with it (which you probably should be considering how much money you likely spent)
The normal person would only really build a completely new PC every 4-5 years; so if you're like me, you forget everything and have to re-learn it again. (and it changes quite a lot)
Man. That Game of Thrones spoiler really bummed me out. Thanks. I actually stopped at the 3rd season... so... yay.
Sorry, but in this day and age - if you are watching a zeitgeisty show like Game of Thrones and you are not up to date - expect to be spoiled. That is your problem, not the person talking about it. (sorry, it's a real pet peeve of mine)
