None of these things are 'big changes' because a 'big change' would be something that actually has an effect on how the game plays. At the end of the day, sure you can change how your guy looks and give him a silly little smiley face reticle on his gun, but when you get into a match and actually play the fucking game, it's going to feel exactly the same way it did in 2007, and that is the biggest reason why I'll most likely be avoiding this game like the plague. Actually, you can do it on a second playthrough. If you check the individual achievements for buying base upgrades and such, ti shows how many you've bought. You just have to buy the ones you didn't get on your last playthrough. It's what I'm doing right now and it's working.

Sultans. That solo is unbeatable. Though the long version of Money for Nothing has a pretty good solo as well.

Zangief has always been my favorite, too bad I can't play him worth a crap. Also Guile.
