Fable 2 Review 0

The World Of Fable 2 is a vast, charming and stunning achievement. The streets of Bowerstone have busy with activity and the wilderness between each community is filled with the chance for exploratation. You start the game off as a little child, starving to death on the streets with your sister. Until a startling event happens that turns your world up side down. Now you are a strong, young man, you are ready to step out in to the world of Albion...With the exciting storyline out of the way, the ...

FIFA 09 Review 0

It's great times for football fans, one reason is because the new english football season has started and the other because we are treated to the latest and perhaps greatest FIFA game that EA has churned out. Now I personally have been playing Pro Evo for the past two years, so don't expect me to be a FIFA know it all.EA has brought the same great gameplay from it's Euro 2008 title, which in a way is kind of disappointing and annoying because they couldn't be bothered to even tweak it. But so wh...

Pure is an insane experience that you will love! 0

Pure is a ATV, off road, trick based, racing game that is set in lush and beautiful landscapes. It uses huge ramps to pull those big and crazy tricks and brings its own competitive edge to the races with 16 player online and offline modes. The gameplay is Pure's main strength which it utilitizes by an effective and user friendly trick system. This scheme only allows you to pull off the basic tricks at first by pressing the A button and a direction on the analogue stick or D-pad but as you do mor...

Too Human does somethings right but a few issues hold it back. 0

Too Human is a unique game in it's own way, it encorporates an hack and slash feel to the combat, while the environment is of a RPG quality in a wonderfully, beautiful setting of Norse Mythology. You play as Baldur, son of ODIN and member of the Aesir, who are a group of Gods sent by ODIN to protect mankind. The basic storyline is that there's a traitor in the ranks and you have to investigate exactly what happened, by going to these different places. The gameplay in Too Human is enjoyable, in th...

Call Of Duty 4 has a blend of great action and thrills. 0

The first three COD's are all very good games, developed by Treyarch, who made three great and realistic World War 2 games. But none of these compare to Infinity Ward's COD4, they decided to take a extreme risk by making the fourth COD set in modern times and it has paid off. The campaign follows a British Spec Ops Team and the US Forces in their fight against the Russians and the Middle East. It excites you from start to finish but as every one is saying, it is short. The campaign will last ab...

Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion is simply one of the best games ever! 0

The story immerses you like no other, the main storyline behind is that you play as a character who is given the task of finding the lost heir to the throne of Tamriel, the empire is crumbling and the gates of Oblivion opening up across the land with demons marching across the land. You must unravel the sinister plot that threatens to destroy everything. The plot builds up from there and it is very engaging and exciting, trust me! At the start of the game you are allowed to customise your chara...

The Orange Box is no doubt, a fantastic bundle of games! 0

The games that have been compiled into this bundle are the legendary Half Life 2, Half Life 2: Episode 1, Half Life 2: Episode 2. The crazily insane multiplayer Team Fortress 2 and the very weird and immersive puzzle based Portal. These five games create a wide variety of different gameplay that will excite you, impress you and make you laugh. Lets start off with the 3 Half Life 2 games of the bundle, The player again picks up the crowbar of research scientist Gordon Freeman, who finds himself...

DMC has the potention of becoming as popular as the GTA series. 0

This is a story of Hate, Love and Retribution. You mainly play as Nero, a young, cool man working for an organisation called the Order of the Sword. Everything is going well for him until a mysterious assassin murders Sanctus the High Priest of the Order during a ceremony in front of everyone in the Opera House. Now Nero is given the task of finding this assassin and bringing him to justice. The story unravels further on involving Kyrie (Nero's romantic interest), Dante, Credo (Kyrie's brother a...

What can I say about Mass Effect? It's truly brilliant! 0

The basic story behind Mass Effect is that you are Commander John Shepard and you lead a team from different races (Human, Asari, Salarian, Turian etc). You and your team are in race against time to stop a rogue Spectre called Saren, he has a army of these creatures called Geth at his command and you have to stop before he finds a way to destory the universe and all that lives. In Mass Effect there are several key points that i will go through, firstly when you are in converation with another ...

Pro Evo 2008 is the best of the franchise since Pro Evo 4. 0

The last Pro Evo was a bit of a disappointment for most of the die hard Pro Evolution Soccer fans. It had none of the modes that have been added back into this one and last generation graphics. But Konami have given us a great game (in my opinion) and the tweaked gameplay and AI tells us that Konami are trying to make the Pro Evo series even better by each game. This is proven and this is a better and more technical game than FIFA 08. Of course there are only two fully licensed English Premier L...

This blockbuster that is Gears of War was worth the wait! 0

First of all, Gears of War is an utterly brilliant experience online and offline. From when you chainsaw your opponent in two, smash your foes face into the ground with the devastating curb-stomp or take off their head with the Sniper Rifle. In the Campaign Mode you play as Marcus Fenix, a disgraced soldier sent to prison for disobeying orders (trying to save his father). This massive war has been going on between the Humans and the terrifying Locust since Emergence Day (The day the Locust launc...

Bioshock is one of those games that has you in a trance! 0

Explore the underwater world of Rapture at your peril because something has definitely gone wrong in this magical city. The story is set in 1960, you play as an unnamed character who is travelling over the Atlantic Ocean in an airplane and your plane mysteriously crashes into the sea. You find yourself floating outside a lighthouse in the middle of the ocean and you take refuge inside and this is where you discover the bathysphere thats takes you down to the bottom of the sea to Rapture and your...

Its here.. Halo 3 has finally graced us with it's presence. 0

First off i will start with telling you that the graphics are not revolutionary like Gears of War or Bioshock but they are still good. It's the multiplayer that is the masterpiece of this game. So ill begin with the Campaign. As you know the story starts off where Halo 2 finished, Master Chief crashes down on Earth and you pretty much start off from there. I'm not going to tell you what happens for those people who dont have the game yet. The Campaign is alright to start with but it builds up t...
