If I was Riot or S2 games I would be worried right now.  Valve does not screw around.

@Metal_Mills:
I own DoW2 and Fallout 3 from day one and never had a problem. The biggest bug I found in DoW2 was the mouse stops responding, mash it and it starts working again. Fallout 3...hell, I haven't updated ever and never had a crash. Demigod did have a bad netcode but seriously, bugs aren't just on PC games and it's a LOT easier to fix them on PC. "

Then you never tried to play DoW 2 online.  They had major gameplay bugs with online play.  Units permanently took up population cap and just destroyed the game.  They took months to fix it and when they did just added a bunch of other bugs like being able to take 3 people into a 2v2 and play a 3v1 instead.  Those are hardly minor bugs.

Fallout 3 had a large amount of issues for a number of players.  I could not get that game stable and it is the only game that will crash for me.  The patches just make the game crash more too.

Game destroying bugs are pretty exclusive to the PC because console games with bugs like that tend to go straight to the trash bins.

" I have to agree that PC gaming isn't what it used to be.  Seem to be lots of buggy, unfinished products (Demigod, Dawn of War 2, and Fallout 3 on the PC) being shoveled out the door for PC games lately.  If you have a 360 most often the superior version of the game will be on console.  A scant few developer still make excellent PC games (Valve is one of them.)  Seems MMOs are PCs major niche right now and most of them are terrible.  I would say hurting PC gaming more than anything else is the quality of product many PC game studios have been putting out lately.  It is noticably lacking. "
How was those 3 games unfinished? Demigod was buggy but still a full game. Dawn of War 2 was great but lacked a lot of maps(there are now 9, 8 more coming in a couple of week for free no less) and Fallout 3 was just like the console version but slightly better graphics(which are now a million times better thanks to texture mods).Most often the superior version is on PC, not 360. Aside from a shitty port job like Saints Row 2 where they just emulate it over in a pathetic, lazy way, we get great versions including Fallout 3, Mass Effect, all Valve games, all CoD games and more. Also when the games are identical the PC version still wins because where the 360 versions runs sub 720, no AA and 30fps. PC gets full 1080p, 60+fps, full AA.There are plenty of developers who make excellent PC games and ports and it's getting stronger actually. There was a time when PC ports sucked. Now we have amazing ports of Mass Effect, Burnout: Paradise, Street Fighter 4, DMC4, the list goes on. "

Demigod had trash netcode, DoW 2 wasn't bug-tested at all and had a number of critical, gamebreaking multiplayer bugs, and Fallout 3 has numerous crash issues with many PC owners.  Many of these games aren't in what I would call an acceptable release state for 3-4 months.  I would rather play a PC port on the console it was designed for.  No need to worry about DRM, it tends to be less buggy, and they feel more natural on the controller they were designed for.  The sheer fact that PC used to be the lead on many projects while now console is the lead and PC gets the port shows a lot.  PC gaming just isn't what it used to be.

Lots of good XBLA games for great prices.  Castle Crashers, Bionic Commando Re-armed, Megaman 9, and Briad really stick out.  Use the demo feature, you can demo every XBLA game.  Usually 20 minutes is all you need to figure out if you want to spend $5-15 on the game.
