It's always puzzled me that you never have to be re-tested once you have your licence in Australia and a lot of Western countries. Not sure bout the rest of the world. But the should definitely retest EVERYONE every 5 years or so. People get lazy and pick up bad habits pretty quickly. Given the fact that peoples sight, hearing and reaction time deteriorate with age, it makes sense!

Pretty sure the US arms dealers/American Government will find a revolutionary militia to sell weapons to. And then, in 10 years time, will have to fight/invade the county to defend "freedom" and "spread" democracy.
How on earth do certain individuals think pulling a gun out (when you're being mugged or your house is getting broken into) is not going to escalate the situation!
I live in Australia, the government banned all semi automatic guns in 1996 as a reaction to numerous shootings/massacres during the 80's and 90's. The reduction in firearm numbers has prevented mass shootings. In the 18 years prior to the Port Arthur Massacre (Australia's worst massacre) there were 13 mass shootings and in the 14 years since the new gun laws there have been none!!!
