That problem isn't limited to MW2 i think its more of a Xbox Live problem. Microsoft should really look at splitting the mature and underage gamers, or at least have an option to do it. I'm sure the kids don't like playing with adults bagging them out as much as we don't like playing with them...

 Most nuclear powers aren't stupid enough to use them. Look at the Cuban missile crisis, US and Russia were on the brink of all out Nuclear war and yet, it didn't happen. I'm generally not so trusting of politicians but unless a nuke gets sold to someone crazy enough to use it, i don't think its much of a threat.
