Last game I finished was 999, which was pretty fantastamazing.

I'm playing Alan Wake now. The story is interesting, but the actual writing is terribad, with bad dialogue and terrible plot devices and conveniences. Gameplay is alright, but in a post Uncharted 2 world, it just doesn't hold up. Style, mood, tone, and pacing are spot on perfect though.

Wow, what a cool question.

The short list that comes to mind is:
Braid
Metal Gear Solid 2, 3, and 4
Final Fantasy VIII and X
Ocarina of Time (I'm still convinced the design is still perfect even compared to today's games, and I'd like to actually test it)
Fire Emblem 7 and 9 (Path of Radiance)
Saint's Row 3

Some of these things were spoiled.
Some I was too young to get at the time.
Some are my favorite childhood games, and I'd like to see them divorced of Nostalgia.

I played the drums in high school, so I could read rhythm pretty well. But I was terrible at pitch, and had to write the notes on top.
I can't actually hear pitch too well either.

Also, I probably forgot how to do it very well if you gave me some sheet music.  But I voted yes anyway.

Kojima signed copy of MGS3 limited edition.
Shinkawa signed copy of the MGS HD (limited edition) collection. He even drew me a Raiden!

Besides that, probably Xenogears?

@trophyhunter for one reason and one reason only.

Also, Vinny.

I also had a problem (not this particular one), and tried emailing support and PMing Ryan, though I haven't gotten any response either.

He was giddy about a certain moment and wanted to share it to exemplify the kind of game it was. That's about it.

Alan Wake. It's pretty terrible so far, but I'm still in the very beginning. Writing is hella bad, as is the voice acting. Combat seems interesting though, and I do like the whole "yo guys, Twin Peaks" thing. Hopefully it picks up.
