@instinct666: Patrick works for Kotaku, which is part of Gawker. Gawker filed for bankruptcy after the Hulk Hogan lawsuit & Ziff Davis plans to buy it.
He also briefly wrote for 1UP before it went under, which was owned by Ziff Davis.
Haven't been able to get into a Tales game in quite some time, but the main character not being "generic anime hero #5472" is a good step towards changing that.
Let's place our bets now! Once Jeff and Jason do the inevitable Endurance Run of this game, which new girl becomes the new Chie, meaning their favorite girl.
That girl that punches people, obviously. I doubt anyone else would even come close. Unless there's someone we have not seen that punches and kicks. And likes meat.
Wow...they really did the bare minimum didn't they? Not only are the voices still in Japanese but all the ingame stuff is as well. I saw a youtube video by a fan that was the whole trailer with subtitles and the actual ingame stuff was also in English. Kinda sad that Atlus couldn't do much more than this considering it's being released in less than a year.
Eh, I'd rather they focus on translating the game itself than waste time trying to make sure everything in this trailer is specifically translated. Atlus USA never cuts their own trailers anyway, they just repurpose the Japanese trailers. Who knows how much of the content in that trailer they've gotten to yet or how much of it is finalized.
@moregrammarplz: I'm sure it's heaven for Lucio players (and to a lesser extent Winston, Roadhog and Pharah) but trying to hold that point is a real pain in the ass and it's so small that a large chunk of the roster feel significantly less effective.
What kills this game for me is not being able to choose map and having no custom map support. Most of the maps are bad, players usually make all the good ones and you cannot pick which map you want... like great so I have to leave and get a leavers penalty until I find a map I like.
There's no penalty if you leave during the pre-round set-up time fyi.
