It was good, but it had its issues. I feel the relationship between Wayne and Miranda was really poorly handled. They have sex once and Wayne is suddenly all over Rachel and everything? I was discussing it with my brother and we feel it would have been better if the film had started with us being about 6 months into the relationship. It also would have made the slow knife speech that much better considering she would have been with a guy she detests for six months. Talking of the start I feel it started really poorly. The pacing was really off the first act the Bane introduction was a yawn fest compared to how Nolan introduced the Joker. It did pick up and had some incredible moments in the mid-section but then I feel it stumbled a bit at the end. I feel the ending was cheap and cheesy. I would have prefered either Batman stayed dead or the last shot was Caine nodding towards the camera and not cutting to Bale. Overall though, it was a good film, it just suffered under expectation and not being as good as TDK. Also, I found it incredibly weird that no one mentioned anything happened in TDK. Considering that Banes taking over of gotham was near enough the same thing that the Joker did.

@Dourin: Ah...Well a little more mad now. I probably won't be buying Gems at that price. £8.50 for 800 seems a bit off!

@Gaff: We have a love/hate thing going on.

Post it here too, just so people see it

This reflects tax-exclusive v. tax-inclusive pricing.

In America, you pay the price you see plus sales tax.

In Europe, you pay the price you see. The vendor pays VAT out of that price.

VAT rates in EU range from roughly 15%-25%. We pay based on the location of our EU office, in UK, so we pay a flat 20% for all of EU.

€1 = €0.833 base + €0.167 VAT

€0.83 base = $1.02 (at today's exchange rate)

@Maystack: Cheers dude! I love being on there and hopefully can be on a few more times.

I understand the street pass thing. If I street passed with someone who didn't have one of my kirby corner pieces I felt compelled to hunt them down an ask them if they realised what they'd done. I have no idea how I'd react getting a few dye repeatables in a row.

I've never played it before and I found the tutorial to be actually pretty great. I've beat a few of the easy AI guys so I'd say it's possible to learn the basics. You'll always hit a wall when it comes to real life MTG by the nature of playing against people. I also have no idea how good it'll be at teaching deck building. Overall though, for the price it's a bloody great teacher and better than crying and playing by yourself in a dark corner covered in peanut butter.

I think what we can draw from this is that a console will sell when games come out. So yeah, if Sony keep pumping out good games for the Vita then the sale will most likely pick up. In Japan all it takes is a couple of games from a system to start selling, I mean Persona 4 has shown what one game can do. It's why having Monster Hunter is a massive thing for Nintendo.

I was about to say something about it being out ages ago and then I checked when the topic was started. Grave digging much?

But yeah, it's an amazing game and I can't wait for the re-release with extra stuff.
