Any other project CARS members here? I made a trailer of one of the most recent pre- alpha builds if you guys are interested. It's my first ever attempt at using sony vegas and making a video of any kind though. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! This is all unedited gameplay from me playing the game. Everything still is a work in progress though, especially the time of day lighting transitions. They just added those.

Here's a few recent gameplay screens as well:

    New weather transitions!

The game is being being developed on the PC but is going to be ported later to the 360, PS3, and Wii U. It's a community funded game, like the kickstarter projects. You can join now and help test the game from pre-alpha to the final version.

Just found this now - and wow, it looks amazing!!

Would a xbox 360 controller be fine at first? Or is this only worth playing if you have a steering wheel setup?

Has anyone bought this? I wanna know how it is to play at the moment, and if it's worth the 45 euro entry price?

I finally bit the bullet and bought the 10 Euro option. Playing with a 360 controller and it's a blast.

Yeah, I bought into it - and love it!

Would love a QL of it, with Vinny, Drew and Snide!

So this is scant weeks away from release and seems to be flying super low under the radar like an almighty stealth albatross.

Should I be getting some hype up for this or not, as I'm really in the mood for a decent racer on PC and PS4 :) It certainly looks like a peer to GT / Forza from what I've seen so far and I certainly like the refreshing lack of the now obligatory, overused RPG levelling and car unlocking nonsense every other game in this genre has embraced.
