Depends on who's reviewing it. If it's Brad probably 5/5 as I think he rates stuff higher, but defiantly nothing lower then a 4 from anybody else.

No nooooo it's totally different it's a meteor not a nuclear war and BESIDES it's not even an RPG  Yeah, I'm not holding out great hope for Rage's storyline, but let's be fair, id has never relied heavily on story in the past. Gunplay looks really good but I personally put a lot of weight on story so I'll probably give it a pass. Still, I'd say a 4 or 5/5 seems likely.

Id has always developed relatively straightforward plotlines, but what makes their games worth it is always an abundance of rich, periphery information about the world that really makes everything feel real. Combined with amazing set design, Id makes the world feel real.

It might also not be as broken as the recent Fallout games.

90/100. no game is perfect. but Rage is very close. by the way, I don't know about gear of wars 3. it seems to overrate. it can't just get many perfect score. unreal. what am I care? I don't have xbox 360 and don't even have a plan to buy because I hate console.

I'm sure they game will turn out great, but I just can't see it getting a 5, so 4.

Because Brad seems to be the one reviewing the game (by looking at his achievements) I'd say he's probably going to give it 5 stars. Like myself he seems to really dig open world games.

Has 4 stars written all over it. 86 metacritic.

4/5 on Giant Bomb and a.....80-85 metacritic score.

8 to 8.5. You know, a Zelda score....

My Brad bucks are on it getting a 4.

3/5. I see it being a fairly mundane game that's clearly meant as a tech demo to sell the engine, rather than something with actual substance.

Hope I'm wrong, of course.

I think the game is good for at least 4/5, but I think it will probably get 5/5. Alex seemed very pleased in his article about a month back, and I think a lot of the reviewers will be pleased with the game as well.

As for other sites, I think the game is probably going to end up getting around 88. Maybe some 90s and stuff, but I think most sites will give scores in the high 80s.

5 star games usually gets talked about a lot before they actually ship on the bombcast etc, they have pretty much never mentioned rage at any point so they obviously dont really care so 4/5 for me.

I'm thinking that personally, this'll be a 5/5 but for the site's official review I'm gonna scale it back to a 4
