I wonder how many people are still playing that? I tried the online and while it wasn't awful, there didn't seem to be anything that jumped out at me.

I played it for a while with a friend on PSN, it often resulted in me and him vs 3, he'd defend, I'd ninja attack and steal, we won many a game like that.
 
I might jump back in for a bit of fun if he's up for it.

I got bored with that game's online very quickly. 

I enjoyed the single player...never tried the multiplayer...I suck at anything online but who can resist double XP.

Some day I intend on picking up Red Dead, just not yet. Maybe after Dead Rising 2.

I feel like I'm closing in on the finish line for the single player. Is the multiplayer very active at all?

Can someone tell me how Double EXP works here? Is it like every match is double EXP? Or is a certain playlist for double exp.

Aw I missed it. I'm level 43 online as well, I probably could have made 50 for the achievement :(

Oops, I meant to jump online with the game this weekend but totally forgot about it. Need to get back to it soon, I really had a lot of fun with it online.

This thread reminds me how I have to put this game on my "will play another time when I get the money" list. Hopefully the community will still be alive and the developers will still have events like these when that happens and I buy the game...

Another Double XP Weekend  kicked off earlier today and will run until 11:59PM ET Sunday.

You know what pisses me off about double XP weekends?  I never get to play them.  Why?  Work more hours during the weekends, and after I'm finally off work, it's time to sleep.

I was lvl 50 pretty soon but I seriously could not be bothered to keep on playing it for the prestige/whatever its called mode. 
Multiplayer had so much potential!
Enforce the law hard in some towns and make it so that the cash you earn (which  you get by kills/hideouts/etc) actually has a function.
Those law enforced towns are somewhat safe havens and a place to customize your character, buy weapons, horses or whatever.
Basically take the singleplayer online and you'd have a mini 3rd person shooter mmo...
