    Overview

Rikki & Vikky is an indie deliberately-retro puzzle-platformer developed and digitally published by PenguiNet for the PC on December 26, 2018.

Featuring an 8-bit aesthetic, Rikki & Vikky stars the titular anthropomorphic vulpine couple as they journey deep through Misery Land (at the center of the Earth) to rescue their children from the Misery Dragon.

Throughout each of the 50 levels, players guide either Rikki or Vikky and attempt to collect all the keys while avoiding numerous traps and hostile enemies. The core game mechanic is the duo being able to pick up, carry, and toss "Box Type Objects", which they can use to stand on, activate switches, and eliminate enemies. Along with a single-player series of levels, the game includes local co-operative multiplayer with its own series of levels.

The game later received a limited physical release for the Atari 7800 on February 18, 2019.
