QUEEN!!

Why havent we seen any Queen songs in Rock Band or Guitar Hero, since 1?!

Im sure people would love to rip chords like Brian May or belt it out like Freddie Mercury in Rock Band.

When I saw the title of this thread I just knew it was going to be about Queen. But yeah we seriously need some.

When I saw "band neglected since GH1," the first thing that came to my mind was Pantera. But I agree with Queen too. Both of them should make triumphant returns.

Honestly, I would rather have Incubus or Pantera (Both neglected bands that we haven't seen since GH1), but hey, the more variety the better, so bring on the Queen!

alot of bands from GH1 have been neglected (sum 41, helmet, queen, incubus, etc)

Umm i don't think Tom Petty was ever in Guitar Hero 1 or any Guitar Hero for that matter

Point being they haven't been in any, so while the rest have been in one, they haven't gotten any glory.

So rather than posting Tom Petty as a suggestion in the thread about neglected bands since Guitar Hero 1 (thread title implying that its about bands that were in GH1 but haven't been in any titles since), don't you think it would be more appropriate to put him in the category of 'Hasn't been featured in a music game ever"?

Bohemian Rhapsody would be epic.  But they have loads of songs that would work well, maybe there is a licensing problem or something?

I'd definitely like to see some Queen.   Anything off of 'A Night at the Opera' would be awesome.   Hell, make it a full download of the album.

Full album download probably wouldn't Work A Night at the Opera just because Bohemian Rhapsody has so much where it's just the piano and good ol' Mercury singing.

But I would like a 12 pack like The Who one... I think that would be the best option... or a 24 pack. >.>

Man, yes on the Pantera and Queen. Also I only know Frankenstein from GH1 by Edgar Winters Group, but I loved that song, played it lots. If their other stuff is as much fun, bring it on.

Also I want more Blue Oyster Cult. Bring me The Marshall Plan! I know they've been in GH1, GH3 and Rock Band, but I want more.

Bohemian Rhapsody  would be the best party game to sing/drums/guitar on.

I want Queen, but singing Queen would be insanely difficult, don't you think?

Queen songs would kick all sorts of ass.  They've got a bunch of fun tunes, and cover a wide array of styles.  As for Bohemian Rhapsody having too many vocals-only sections, I'd say that would only be fair for the vocalists who will have to sit out all of upcoming instrumental DLC like Rush's YYz or Stevie Ray Vaughn's Rude Mood.

If they can put "Won't Get Fooled Again" in RB1, with that lengthy keyboard solo that gives the entire band a bathroom break, then Bohemian Rhapsody seems doable.

Please, Harmonix, talk to Queen.  Get 'em in there.

I'd go for a Greatest Hits of Queen pack like they did for the Who.
