Ryan Mitchell is the Titanium Ranger in Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue. His character and ranger is the first fully American created character for the Power Rangers series as he does not have a counterpart in the Super Sentai version of the show.

Ryan is son to Captain Mitchell and brother to Dana Mitchell. When he was a child he was in a car accident with his father and almost fell from a cliff. Diabolico saved him however and told his father to let the child go with him and not see him until his 20th birthday or let the child die. Captain Mitchell let him go with Diabolico and on his 20th birthday was set free. He stole a test morpher and became the Titanium ranger to seek revenge on his father but eventually he had a change of heart and joined the rangers to fight for good.
