    Seigo is an adopted member of the Japanese family Saiga who lived in Hanuda village. An American TV crew capture footage of him Stabbing civilians as they arrive in the village. He has a cold demeanor and only cares about completing his task.
     
    He later helps Sam Monroe,  Mellisa Gale, and Howard Wright survive the nightmarish village.
     
    He is often seen carrying  around a double barreled shotgun.
     
    He is an excellent marksman, and can shot an enemy from long range flawlessly.
