Miner Wars 2081 is a 6DOF underground and space shooter played in a fully destructible environment. It is the single-player side of a franchise that also has an MMO ("Miner Wars MMO") planned.
Tribes: Ascend is a fast-paced free-to-play FPS developed by Hi-Rez Studios for the PC. With a focus on projectile weapons, high speed and jet packs, Tribes: Ascend offers unique acrobatic aerial combat with intense class based teamwork.
Best known for its "burn in" spawn mechanic, Section 8: Prejudice is a first person shooter with a focus on large maps, control points, deployable vehicles and structures, and dynamic combat missions (DCMs).
As Nomad, an elite soldier outfitted in a state-of-the-art Nanosuit that gives him superhuman abilities, infiltrate a North Korean-held island to rescue captured scientists... and face a reawakening ancient evil that threatens the entire world. Crysis is well known for its high system requirements and top of the line graphics.

Tribes: Aerial Assault is an online FPS released in 2002. It had a pretty big cult following for several years, but recently it's become a rarity to see anyone playing it online at all.
Tribes 2 is a science fiction first-person shooter developed by Dynamix and published by Sierra Entertainment, which is based in the Earthsiege universe. As the name states, Tribes 2 is the sequel of Starsiege: Tribes.
An official expansion pack containing seven brand new missions that take place between the events of Descent 2 and Descent 3.
The third installment in the sixaxis-pioneering series pits the Material Defender against his former employer and galactic conglomerate, the PTMC.
Starsiege: Tribes is a squad and class-based multiplayer first-person shooter that emphasizes teamwork across vast, open terrain in space. It established several team-based mechanics that are seen in almost every team-oriented first-person shooter today.
The Material Defender returns in this underground 360 degree action shooter, this time retrofitted with a prototype warp core in his ship that will take him to distant worlds. The game features a new array of destructive weapons and berserk robots that ups the ante from its predecessor.
In the shoes of a Material Defender working for the PTMC, the objective is to take to the underground and overcome the epidemic of rogue mining robots plaguing across planets in a heart pounding 360 degree action shooter.
