Because no one in Persona actually looks Japanese.

So this morning me and a friend, who's also a duder, were talking about the possibility of a live action persona 4 movie. I mean honestly, with the anime and soon to be stage adaption it seems like a logical progression that a persona 4 movie would be made. And when I say movie, I dont mean some low budget dub, I mean a fully fledged, big budget, Holly wood theater release. So if something like this was made, would you go to see it in theaters, and who do you think the cast should be?

Some ideas we already had:

Dojima - Kurt Russell

Yound Detective/ Adachi - Channing Tatum

Nanako - Dakota Fanning's sister

Funky Student - Cuba Gooding Jr.

Igor - Danny Devito

Margaret - Scarlett Johansson

Mr. Morooka - Alan Rickman

Most Japanese game characters don't look Japanese either, doesn't mean they should be played by American actors in a live action movie.
