@rorie horsey events are a thing because cavalry was still a thing when the Olympics were revived. This was so much a thing that the Swedish 1948 dressage team was disqualified because the rules required competitors be officers & gentlemen only. They changed the rules after that.

Good to hear about the Steam Deck. Not quite ready to pull the trigger on one myself, but immensely interested to see what impact it has.

I dunno what the initial anticipated launch window was for this thing but, I finally weighed the pro's vs the cons of this thing and if I hate it, I'll sell it, but I went ahead and reserved with the impossible future-tense that is q2 2022. I mean hey if we make it there, fuck it, I will buy a Steam Deck. The idea that it can run blender and function as a portable wacom-plug-and-play device and the other horrible possibilities like GTA:Online on the go, with the extra excuse of offloading this PC of games....anyewayyy

Also, they were discussing weed which is something legalized in the states they were talking about and is less harmful than alcohol (and this is coming from someone who doesn't smoke weed). I found it interesting. Now if they were talking about wrestling on the other hand...
