Minor correction about the Blair Witch movie. It was shit.

Before realizing I'm dumb and how long it's been to the woods, I was wondering why the three of them refused to acknowledge the sound of machine gun fire taking place in the woods.

I wish they continued with Blair Witch Project. Such a cool game with great concept.

I watched all of this but sometimes I don't have time to watch all of UPF...so can we get timestamps for the Business Dave Top 10?

In the walkie talkie walking sim genre, I think I prefer this Blair Witch game over Firewatch. They nailed the atmosphere.

Maybe it's because I'm watching rather than being in it, but Ancestors doesn't seem quite as confusing as it seems to be for the crew? They seemed unsure what to do after finding the baby when the obvious move was going back to camp. Then the "fear of the unknown" faces seemed to be indicating stuff they were unfamiliar with, and when they showed up all around them it was because they had strayed too far from home into an unfamiliar part of the jungle.

The orb of light shows you the direction of the areas you do know. Also Brad seemed baffled about where camp was but he hadn't inspected all the multitude of icons on screen to see if any of them popped up as useful information. Perhaps it's just a case of approaching the game on its terms. I'm not sure it's great, but I'm interested to hear a perspective from someone who got into those systems.

@jstaunton: When I was describing Blair Witch to a friend over the weekend I said "It's basically horror Firewatch where you're wandering around a forest with a dog, then has these clunky torch combat segments and an Arkham-style videotape manipulation mechanic." The slow wandering with frequent casual radio chatter is very immediately Firewatch to me.

Hope Rorie is feeling better by now. He really did seem more reserved than usual.

Fun stream throughout! Really enjoyed the Heave Ho - segment at the end.

im pretty sure the walkie talkie uses the same tone as the one from dead rising 1

I'm having streaming problems with this video with the GiantBomb apple tv app. It will just stop, or lose sound for a bit and then stop. Anybody else?

This Ancestors game seems like an absolute high for my curiosity but my competitionist/lack of direction side would make me wanna hurt people.

I'm not into watching party games as much as the GB crew is into playing them, I think. I got my dose of Heave-Ho with GBEast already. I was way more interested in watching Brad figure out Ancestors, but he clearly wasn't interested in it. Too bad, because that's when I lost interest in the stream.

OK, I've definitely seen Stephen walking around downtown SF occasionally in the past.

Y'all of age with Jeff, Brad and Rorie etc now know how us millennials have felt with a lack of understanding of those cultural references just not in our generational lexicon with Ben, Jan and Business Dave on the show together so often now.
