Not trying to be an ass, but what does this podcast have to do with GB?

Nothing but it needed a home after 1up closed and Patrick brought it to GB. Now it's here to stay it seems.

Thank fuck 8-4 Play is staying post Klepek-era GB. Good episode, hopefully we'll see a Nintendo Direct before the next one.

I still don't get why people thought this podcast would disappear after Patrick left. Sure, Patrick was significant in getting it here, but that has nothing to do with whether it remains or not. It's not like some of the remaining guys have no connection to them.

@nasar7: The colloseum matches could get hard, and the fight with Ansem was tough, but apart from that it was on a good skilllevel for me.

I listen to this podcast weekly and enjoy it just as much as I do the Bombcast. Thanks 8-4 crew!

EDIT: Amazing to get some Midwest flavor in the mix with Sarah. She has made a great addition. I wish I was that wise at 19 years old.

I know that Japanese New Year's game show where they aren't suppose to laugh. I remember losing it with the "10 10" part a few years back.

The interns seem like a good fit to the podcast. Hope to hear more from them in the future !
