Double Fine threw its customers under the bus to pay back its investors before the game was even close to being finished, instead of, you know, using that money to finish the game. I don't know how any reasonable person could defend this.

Then again, it's not surprising when Tim Shafer's on Twitter acting anti-consumer himself and it's not like this is the first game they've mismanaged either.

I really doubt anyone will be going this far down the comments at this point, but JUST IN CASE you can see if your iPhone 5 is eligible for a free battery replacement here: https://www.apple.com/support/iphone5-battery/

Normally it's an $80 service so even if you aren't going to use it as a phone anymore, you might as well get it fixed. Ugh this looks like spam.

I'm sorry but there is something seriously wrong with Patrick claiming kickstarter and early access are the same. That's a statement you cant make as a journalist. The fact that the statement is wrong is not the worst part. If he meant that in both there is a gamble that you don't get what you want: that's fair. But the comparison ends there.

You also cant say how consumers SHOULD act and what they SHOULD expect. That's like the opposite of being an consumer advocate.

Also D4 still sounds great.
