I think Star Wars: Dark Forces was the first FPS with the WASD plus mouse control scheme.

Why do I feel that everyone “hates” / roots against Brad in these vids? There seems to be some serious tension behind the scenes at my beloved GBW.

His precise wording was "I think people think they know more than they know sometimes", which is pretty accurate, it's just that in this case the people was Brad.

Super enjoyed this stream. One day I'll play Doom as well. (Just bought it on Switch.)

I save scummed but I beat this on UV, it wasn't too bad.

Love that this exists it was fun revisiting.

So glad we are getting this show. Breaking Brad's always good, but the early Doom streams are among my favorite GB videos in general.

@grondoth:I'm pretty sure there is a new "Hexen-like" game releasing called Amid Evil. I also miss those games, I haven't gotten to try this yet so not sure how it is but it is very much Hexen inspired.
