We don't say Kethap in Europe, at least not here in the Netherlands.

Ketchup something you throw on fries, Burgers and Pasta.

Ketchap or rather Ketjap how it is written is a Soy Sauce.

He's just on the right side of history here. Burning Man used to be a very cool idea that was ruined by douchebags and is pretty much exactly what all the people who make fun of it think it is.

So basically, the cool people that made Burning Man a cool idea have jumped ship on it and moved to something they hope will stay cool by keeping it a complete secret? While keeping Burning Man public to attract all the people who want to be part of it without actually contributing anything?

This is the second time I'm listening to Greg's cancer story and it still makes me tear up the moment he breaks down. :'(

Sad to see Christine and Greg split apart but glad to hear it's not because of a fallout.

Colin & Greg Live is the thing that always brightens up my day no matter how shitty I feel. Keep it up Greg!

Yeah, Burning Man has become to the Bay Area what Coachella is to LA: if there's a spot you've always enjoyed that's become overrun with assholes, go back during Burning Man. The population in the Bay Area actually noticeably drops, but that goes double for jackasses.

Happy for a new episode, and it's a great one.

I can relate to Gregg's story about the kid. My best friend has Cystic Fibrosis and I visited him a bunch in hospital during his last visit and the day before I was set to go see him again his mum sent everyone a text at 1am to say he was dead.

It's such a weird feeling to have immediate plans with a dead person.

Man, Gregg's story about his cancer journey and Timmy. Held back tears at work during that part, having a co-worker going through all of the chemotherapy and the battle she's going through made this extra tough. Fuck cancer

Best Danswers yet.

I'm at a crossroads right now in my life, leaving one industry and moving across the country for a completely new kind of gig while at the same time breaking up with a partner. As trivial as it seems, hearing someone I've never met, and have never really been a huge fan of (sorry @gameovergreggy) riff on their life changes and current struggles helped me take stock of these changes in my life and think about my own "calibration". Thanks for taking the time to do this, you just may have convinced me to check out Kinda Funny!

Excellent work, guys. By the way, not hearing the same dating/exercise discussion over and over sounds like a great change for this series ;)

gah, didn't know Greg Miller had cancer. i was on a walk during my lunch break when he talked about his experience with chemo, had to stop and take a seat. i remember being 14 or 15 and my mom telling me she just wanted to die so that it would be over.

I've been a "fan" of Giant Bomb for over 6 years now. And this is the most real, hard, just wow, peace on content I think has ever been uploaded to the site.

Which isn't a bad thing by any means but I though I was going to get 2 1/2 hours of laughs. That's not what this is.

Now I need to find something to cheer my ass up.

Thank you Greg for shearing your story.

I listened to just about every episode that Greg was on for Podcast Beyond, and although I haven't been following his work in recent times it's nice to see that he and Colin were able to establish themselves independently (and the rest of their crew, of course).

Based on the comments, I guess this show gets real so I might have to save it for a quiet time.

Though now I'm just reminiscing about Powerhouse, the Dark Knight of News, The Roper Report, Dunham smashing, Jeff's perfect 10 MGS 4 review, and the TRL wonderteam of Hilary, Erik, and Geddes (and lets not forget Demon Hatefield). Those podcasts were the first time I really connected with a video game website's staff, and Greg was a huge part of that.

Yeah, alcohol withdrawal can be anxiety murder. Alcohol reduces anxiety, but when the next morning rolls around karma turns the tables and overcompensates that brain chemistry balance.

Crushing remorse and regret about everything you did the night before even when there is nothing to actually be ashamed of. Been there. Regularly. Meditation and exercise are great options to quickly even things back out.

These podcasts are amazing.

Seriously could not respect what Greg's done here more, hard to respond to something that personal and emotional on an internet comment, but given what he said about comments it feels almost necessary to say how great that was, even if great feels like a weird term for something that puts you to tears.
