It'll be interesting (to say the least) to see them fight Giga Gaia.

Edit: Hopefully they get privy to his trickery early on. Ryan does seem like he's slowly re-awakening that long dormant, classic JRPG mindset and is really hitting his stride now.

2poch's pretty fantastic. Curious to see how the handle some of the tougher moments ahead, especially when they start getting closer to the end game. I'm wondering if they'll figure out how to do some of the sidequests(Rainbow Shell, Sun Stone), or not. And lol at Patrick's "600 AD? We've never been there." as well as him and Ryan both never realizing they've been to the End of Time all along. Ignorance really is bliss, I guess.

They did the right thing with that time machine.

I don't know how far ahead they record these things, but if you guys still are, Patrick, keep in mind some people listen to this in headphones - the exasperated sighs and loud outbursts can be a little much.

Looking good so far. Hopefully they remember to open all the mystery chests spread throughout history.

Having never played Chrono Trigger (or Time Egg, as it's also known) and the story is looking fantastic. I'm digging the time travel thing. Lavos, you goin' down!

Note to self: Never listen to the ER with headphones on again. Batrick's ungodly patgasms hurt my ears e.g. his reaction when encountering the time machine: seriously Klepeck?

I know I said this is an Endurance Run and I have to suffer through all of it but I have to admit, I don't think I have what it takes. Why can't they fake an injury and get Binny in this Run? Does Klepeck not realize that no matter how hard he tries, he will NEVER be Frank Welker; you can put the mouth-organ away son... "The joke still doesn't work". What a cuhweengkeedink, neither do you and it's not supposed to be a joke, it's a subtle bit millieu meant to convey how miserable the future is and how relieved you'll be once you save the world and won't have to "subject" yourself to all those homeless people and we won't have to subject ourselves to the aggravation.

Woe! I didn't know there were Zoras in Chrono Trigger. Maybe you should toss some items in and see what you get. It seems that they haven't clued into video game logic yet: the sewers aren't just there to lend a sense of realism to the world: it's a place you can go into. Dismissing the one place you haven't explored yet kinda explains why you've failed to reach your goal... At least they found the time machine, that should alleviate backtracking and unnecessary fighting issues.

Chrono Trigger is awesome and this ER has shown me why it has endured as a classic in gaming, thanks Bat and Bryan.

@HellBound: I used to guess the number in the URL during the Deadly Premonition endurance runs so I could load the page right away instead of load the home page and click through to the video page. After three or four days of bad guesses I got it on another video though.

Gold Studs are what I think the best accessory in the game. Everyone can just go nuts with magic with those and once you get into the Black Omen you can Charm them off the little flying imp guys.

o lawd. these guys must have a GPS devices on them at all times.
