Endurance Run: Persona 4 - Part 119

I'm surprised you never used Tam Lin after all that work to fuse him. Also you never once used any of Naoto's physical attacks which seem to be her strong suit.

I did find Tam Lin fairly useful in this dungeon. The auto-makamakamakamak thing he has seemed to cut damage a lot, and then he learns repel phys...etc. But Black Frost has made it so far......

No no. You DO get to keep using a guy if you get a Weak to light/dark. If Naoto tags one, she'll get another turn to do it again.

And yeah, as others have said - her Physical attacks are no joke. So any time you don't want to hit something that's weak to light or darkness (and you DO want someone who can throw those now), just bash their heads in. She gets Blight and just TEARS through guys. She's your new Chie/Kanji for Physical stuff. Superior to BOTH.

Hey, instead of paying fox you could swap in Teddie, Kanji, or Chie. You can progress a little more and stack levels without spending as much cash.

You should put the patient collar on yourself and the Mage's Mark on Naoto then she wont run out of SP so quickly, and use Megidola more rather than always using the light and dark instant kills.

Also this isn't the last dungeon (maybe) so don't be using all your items and eerything at the end!

Er, no she's not. Her physical skills are pretty good, but unlike Chie and Kanji she has nothing to buff herself up to make them hit really hard, nor does she have particularly high strength. She will never hit as hard as a power charged Chie with Rainy Death/God's Hand, or a (Ma)Tarukaja'd Kanji with Primal Force. "

An interesting dungeon but I think I share the same view as Jeff and Vinny, that the dungeon combat is braking up the story experience. Still, it's cool to see them in combat with all their new stuff and Naoto in play.

Why not use tempest slash if you don't like Naoto's spells? They're heavy physical. . .

Naoto's awesome. ^^ It's a shame that she's not so good against bosses, but oh well. I still think she's cool.

And wow, they're burning through SP like it's going out of style. Maybe try using more physicals against enemies that aren't strong against it? Though that would take longer, and that wouldn't be very fun. xP

I never used Naoto much. Runs out of SP too fast.

Best dungeon music in the GAME. Love it.

Too bad the song keeps on restarting after every battle.

Between this ER and playing P3 twice and P4 once, I hear the velvet room music in my head pretty often.

Particularly after Secret Base, which had no vocals and really shouldn't have been used in the game's most grind-oriented dungeon.

I understand it's a JRPG, but they really killed the climax of the game with the whole dungeon before the (supposed) finale. At some point, these games need to stop following the traditional JRPG formula; the combat/grinding process is not what makes this game good. I feel it actually detracts from it. /internetsoapbox

Probably my favorite dungeon music. My favorite piece of music overall would have to be the nighttime music in Golden. Man, now I gotta buy the soundtracks.
