Finally found it after wading through completely the wrong episodes initially:  you can see the part where you first encounter the creepy guy in Part 3 from 10:47.  It's great that we can actually do that by checking the back catalogue of ER episodes. 

It does seem kind of implied, looking at that again, that you would come across him later - too random just to be a one-off.

Now it is time for you to seal the deal!

Soo ...after spending 40 hours we got ourself a girlfriend, a date usually takes about 5 hours for me, that mean she said yes to be a girlfriend on date number 8, talk about icequeen.

This series has reminded me why I have never finished a JRPG. They're just so long, even with the commentary it gets old. I gots no endurance left.

I've been thinking about how they could improve this game. First off, the whole thing in general with these games is that it's you and a whole bunch of hott chicks who are all into you (eventually) but you still have to choose one. It starts of as fantasy but it's not like you end up with a harem so my first improvement would be characters other than you forming bonds. The next thing is more consequences from choices- there are a lot of characters you meet late into the game so to rank up your social links with them is harder; perhaps choosing one of the options will put you up two ranks instead of one and also choosing the 'bad' choice would put you down one or not move you at all. This would even things out if you wanted to and also be more interesting. My last point is that now Chie is Charlie's girlfriend, nothing seems to have changed yet although I accept it is still early days; it'd be nice to see us holding hands at the food court and have people commenting on the choices you made. Persona 4 is a good game so I wouldn't be suprised if this does happen, it'd just be nice to see it immediately seeing as how long it took to get to this stage with Chie.

One other thing: does the maybe killer's weird eyes stop him getting headaches? He's got no glasses.

Here's a hint though: anyone who gets full potrait?  They're important at some point
