If you can't due the Judgement karaoke from Yakuza 0, in Judgement, it is a real missed opportunity.

Do people really like big breakfasts? How can anyone stomach so much dang food? I'm okay with a cup of decaf and a fruit at most. Even a heavy/carb-filled lunch gives me a stomach ache. My body isn't ready to rock on food until 4pm at the earliest.

I'm with Vinny. Tailing missions are awful. They were bad in Assassin's Creed and that one mission in MGS4. I'm sure there are more examples, but they are bad.

I love those dinner big breakfasts where you got your scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes and maple syrup all sloshing together - but I actually like to order those at like lunch hours or way too late at 24/7 diners. Don't think I ever ordered that stuff for breakfast.

@the_nubster: Breakfast is the best meal of the day! I'd rather have a bucket of food in the morning and a light dinner most days.

Rising tide lifts all Boats...can't wait for the new Playstation. PSpro was a nice half step but it's time for the next gen. I remember when I was a kid and me and my friends thought games would never look better than the N64.

I don't mind tailing section in games. I really liked them in Assassins Creed games although I haven't played 3 onwards.

This is a correction of a correction so I'm just gonna post it here: the record breaking kickstarter was Torment: Tides of Numenera, something I'm still surprised Vinny didn't remember. Pillars came later.

Uhhhh, Film & 40s Harry Potter series?! Haha, I think the Beast Crew might actually enjoy that, didn't Dan say he was reading one of the books recently too? There's some fantastic casting in the movies and great character actors throughout doing good work that Alex would probably dig.

I'm guessing there's plenty of folks in this audience that would get a kick out of that too. I'm 29 and have some massive nostalgia for those books, basically grew up and aged along with those characters.

Yeah, this. What the hell are they are talking about?! Paul is regarded as one of the most talented, original, and influential bassists of all time. I think people just think of him as a songwriter, but damn, just play a few songs (Hey Bulldog comes to mind) on Beatles rock band as the bassist and you can't help but notice how goddamn groovy some of his bass lines were. Need a correction for that one haha.

@lesliemagnafuzz: amen! And Hey Bulldog absolutely rips. The baseline in “Something” does insane counter melodies throughout and never repeats once. On Beatles: Rock Band, the bass parts were way more fun than the guitar.

I rarely listen to the Corrections segment because when I have, it's been largely taken up by pedants leaping down the crew's throat on the most trivial of misstatements just to get an e-mail read on the show. I enjoy the submissions that Vinny mentions, where a specialist uses a mistake as a jumping-off point to tell us something interesting about their job or field, but the petty corrections have no entertainment value, and...well, I just don't think jerky people should be rewarded for jerky behavior. (And I can't imagine the absolute deluge of petty correction e-mails through which Abby has to wade every week.) I feel the program would be better-served if the interesting corrections were moved to the E-Mails segment and the Corrections segment were eliminated.

@indigozeal: I pretty much agree. Plus, the crew doesn't even seem to enjoy doing them at all. I feel like they are constantly telling the audience to not correct them on some topic. Like they're so timid to talk about certain things if they aren't 100% sure about something because they know they're going to get a million corrections about it.

Yes! Remove the corrections segment. I want to see Dan taken to the Danth degree after being unshackled by any uncertainty that may be plaguing him.

Kyoto is pretty close to Osaka and they are both in the Kansai region whereas Tokyo is not. It makes much more sense for the Nintendo theme park to be in Osaka than it does Tokyo. Not that it matters all that much but that correction does have a point.

Alex saying Paul McCartney isn't that good at playing bass guitar in this episode should be the winner for this year's Most Disappointing Award 2019, but also, great episode!!

@schurik: Numenera’s Kickstarter was launched on March 2013. Pillars was September 2012. I wrote in for this correction (didn’t get read) going into more detail between Wasteland, PoE, and D: OS.

The obvious only option for crouching in PC games is Left-Alt. ;)

Reasoning: The only thing your left thumb is doing is hitting the space button for jumping. But crouching and jumping never happen together (outside of maybe Half Life). So the thumb is for crouching and jumping!

Pinky: Sprinting (Shift)

Ring Finger: Strafe Left (S)

Middle Finger: Forward & Backwards (W & S)

Pointer Finger: Strafe Right (D)

Thumb: Crouch & Jump (Left-Alt & Space)

Did Vinny really suggest Björk playing Painkiller?

Weiiiiiird. I'm listening to the podcast while playing Steam games and for some reason I have this error where Painkiller simply won't shut down. I can't relaunch it because it says it's already running. I can't uninstall it because it says it's already running. Now it's appearing in references to Björk in the Beastcast?! I've heard of cursed internet images, but cursed Steam games? Too soopy for me. *metal guitar riff* This. is. the. painkiller! Wings of steel, painkiller! Deadly wheels, painkiller!
