Yeah..... if I was going to make an enemy in the game dev industry, I would NOT choose Rockstar. They're incredibly wealthy and have armies of lawyers. And their lawyers probably have guns. They probably have *guns that fire lawyers.* Fully automatic, 16 lawyers per second.

A Nuzlocke run on here sounds amazing...my vote is for Pokémon SoulSilver or FireRed. High quality remakes of classic games, easy to emulate, and not too complicated in terms of structure or extra mechanics.
They have really good presentation (though FR you'll have to turn off the blue tutorial text stuff) and Jan can walk you through all the basics like setting text speed to fast and all the other little things about those games you won't remember to do. I think back then they even gave you a potion in your PC item box to begin with.

Its more spreading the understanding of the methodology the Petersons and Bannons of the world who have this radicalization down to a science around.

My only problems are 'why not an extra 0?" and "why so late on this?"

I've bought five EVGA cards in the last 12 years (one for someone else). I'm very sad to see them go. For me, it was the excellent warranties and customer service. Even with that major issue with the 1080 FTW model cards, I always felt like they made it right with the customer (and I had the issue with that model card). I honestly hope they do eventually partner with another GPU company. I've never bought a non-nvidia card, but I might if it was an EVGA card.

I just feel the need to point out because of what Grubb said that EVGA, they are one of the few big tech companies known to be good to customers and known to do "bro" moves to cover things.

Add my voice to the chorus of people who would love a Nuzlocke run feature on this site. Even if it ends in failure, it would be great content.

God, my grandma bought that same Sonic stuff animal for me at the Software Etc in the mall. Sonic merch back then was so rare that I lost my mind when I saw it. Mom wouldn't get it, but that's what Grandmas are for. I took that thing with me everywhere for quite some time. He has since taken up residency on my dresser (with Tails beside him).

The GTA leak is bad, I guess, but I reminds me of the bygone era of seeing early/cut stuff from games in magazine previews and I've always loved that peak behind the curtain. Was also surprised to see criticizing of the quality of such early footage. I figured that people who give enough of a shit about games to even see this leak would know better.

@ultimaxe: thanks for the reminder that they used to show crazy bad footage in the magazines and it would say something like 65% completed. Can you imagine the reaction today if someone put out a blurry screenshot for some popular franchise and said "we're about 75% done?" I guess we just got a taste of that.
