Metal Gear Scanlon: 4: Part 01

I forgot how frustrating it is watching Drew play this game.

Yeah, me too. I mean, I've heard about "weird TV stuff", but when I played this game (only once) I got the ninjas fighting in the sky cutscene, and just watched it. I figured it was foreshadowing something, and I'll make sense of it out later.

Also: great to see the comments "GAAAAAAAR!! WHY AREN'T YOU PLAYING THIS AS RIGHT AS I DID WHEN I USED A WALKTHROUUUUUUUGH?!?!?!?" are still continuing. A proud, unbroken tradition since the Persona 4 Endurance Run.

I haven't been following since Metal Gear Solid 1... but did Drew forget how to play this game?

Is it the war theme or the camera movement that makes him think this isn't a "stealth game"? Or is this just how he has been playing through all of these? Because... yeah, I think I understood why I stopped watching in the first series.

I was so hoping for Drew to play that anime song on loop for the whole game

I hope that Drew just keeps playing J-Pop throughout the entire series.

Never played/seen this game before. The moment the tv channels thing started I knew I need to play this game.

I forgot how absolutely brilliant the fake commercials were.

Before "Middle Eastern Warzone" became a cliche in gaming, this opening scene was fucking mindblowing when I first saw it.

This game still looks pretty damn good for a early PS3 release.
